I used it as a thin lower lash liner as well and it's a dream!!! GREAT for making those lower and upper lashes seem fuller and thicker. In the summer I hate wearing a lot of makeup, usually all I do is line my lash lines and maybe put some mascara on, and this 3-Way tool is great because it fills in my over 40 thinning lashes so I don't look like I have ghost lashes!!
