Tips for Fall/Winter makeup and skin care!

As the beautiful snow covered tree landscape approaches, so does the harshness that it reaps on our skin, and to boot, central heating adds to it by drying it out!  But, try some of these handy tips to try and combat the woes of the winter skin!!!

~Exfoliate every other day to keep those flaky areas at bay....I just rhymed!  he he
~Switch to a more intense moisturizer, your skin needs extra protection!
~Keep a can of "Evian's Facial Spray" on hand for those moments your face is feeling parched, find it at Sephora!
~Eye's will water in the cold and windy weather, be sure to use eyeliner and mascara that are either water proof or less likely to run.
~Your skin will get paler in the winter months, be sure to adjust your foundation and concealer.
~You may want to try a heavier coverage foundation, on really good and moisturized skin, a cream foundation will not cake or look too thick.....be sure to apply sparingly and blend, blend, blend with your fingers or a slightly damp makeup sponge.
~Try a cream blush if your skin is overly dry, it will be more moisturizing than powder blushes.
~Avoid pink shades on the eyes, this color will bring out the redness in the eyes and skin.
~Look for lip glosses with Vitamin E to protect the lips.
