Makeup Junkie and the pillow wrinkles! UGH!

So, I've been totally perplexed as I awake every morning only to find a face full of ugly, unwanted and downright horrible deep seated lines in my face?  What the heck, I have to go thru my morning and sometimes into the mid morning hours with these huge God awful lines in my face.....not too embarrassing!  This has been happening more and more over the last, lets say 8 months or so? I thought it was a quick fix and I would only need to get  a better fitting pillow case so as not to have too many loose wrinkles in the material, because it was ALL the pillow cases fault.....then I read an article about training yourself to sleep on your back and not your side or stomach, as to avoid pillow creases and deepening your natural lines and wrinkles!!!!  Seriously....this is for real???  Of all the things after 40 that I have to worry with, now I have to deal with my PILLOW CASE and the reality that these things, these lines may become permanently etched in the surface of my skin????  Unfortunately, as we age and get older (ouch!) our skin loses its elasticity, so it is harder for it to bounce back as it did when we were younger...AND, by the way, I have now developed 3 NEW lines of wrinkles just to the left of my mouth that mimic my cheeks being all squished up....and they aren't disappearing......for the love of Pete!  (Who is Pete anyway?)

Here are some tips on how to avoid this dreaded new pillow disease!
~Sleep on your back, or change your sleeping position frequently
~Avoid hard cotton pillows AND pillowcases
~Use satin pillow cases(A Touch of Satin) ..ordered mine today!
Sleep wrinkles are much easier to prevent then they are to repair!
~Treat or correct those lines that seem to be permanent with skin care products that contain peptides, which promote the formation of collagen.  Collagen will form under the wrinkles and push up the skin from below!
