A few unrelated, silly, non-important facts about the Makeup Junkie! Who knew???

I was thinking the other day about some of the things in my life that my readers may find a bit funny, weird or completely uninteresting.......there are not many, because to be honest I'm quite boring really, but here it goes!

#1
I was in a King's Island commercial with Dick Van Dyke when I was a young carefree child, and yes that's my OLDER brother there in the sweet blue hat standing next to me! I was paid $100 and thought I could buy the world!!!  ha!

#2
I tried out for a role in the Johnny Cash movie "The Pride of Jesse Hallam" via 198o to play his sickly daughter, didn't get the role and was actually beat out by a schoolmate of mine Crystal Smith, and YES I remember her name, I was crushed!!  he he   BUT, my mother and I did get roles as "Extra's" on the movie and I got to hang out and develop a monsterously huge crush on the co-star who played Jessie's son in the movie, Ben Marley who went on to be in one of the 21 come backs of "Jaw's"!!  And of course got to meet and speak with Johnny and June Carter Cash as well, so all was not a loss!!

I ADORE horses....I spent some of my childhood living in Oklahoma, on a ranch and always had animals, mostly dogs, mules, cattle and horses, but there is something about a horse that calms my spirit and brings me joy....any chance that I get to be around one and  hug it's neck.....THAT"S a good day

I love animals, as long as they have no fangs and don't bite!!!
Random bull....don't ask

My little "Poppy"!

Our little goats "Short Bus", and Sophie

This one is probably the MOST embarrassing.......O.k., so in 2008 my kids and my mother and I went to the Bengals training camp with VIP passes, all access blah, blah, blah.  Very cool for my kids to see all the goings on, up close and personal.  I was standing there with my two kids and up comes the ball boy mind you, and says to me......"Chad wanted me to see if he could take you to dinner tonight"......well he meant Chad Johnson, Ocho Cinco, whichever name he was sporting at that moment in time!  For the love of Pete, I don't know what's worse....being the type that attracted him, or being asked out  via an 11 year old ball boy!!!  Needless to say, I respectfully declined his offer..........good stuff
